Biography
American occultist and prominent member of the Theosophical Society in its early days. He was a prolific writer on subjects connected with Theosophy and the occult. Among his many books, he wrote of the lives of Paracelsus and Boehme, "Occult Science in Medicine" and "Geomancy."
Hartmann died on 8/07/1912, Kempton, Bavaria.
