Biography
American employee of Waters Financial, attending a conference in New York on 9/11/2001 in the World Trade Center on the 106th floor. Raised in Massachusetts, Melissa had moved to San Francisco where she lived with Sean Hughes, her husband of the past year. After the plane struck the Tower, she was able to call her father in Massachusetts on her cell phone. She told him she was trying to go down to street level but when she reached the 102nd floor, her phone went dead and it was the last time that she was heard from.
