Biography

German author, journalist and Chief of the German Foreign Press Department to the mid-'30s. When he came under disfavor with the Nazis, he fled to England in 3/1937. He was the author of a biography, "Hitler, The Missing Years," 1957, and served as an advisor to F.D. Roosevelt.

Died on 11/06/1975, Munich, Germany.
