Biography
French historian and ethnologist of the astrological milieu and an organizer of astrological congresses since 1975. Halbronn, with a Ph.D., is the author of "Guide astrologique," 1984;1997, an index of astrologers and their activities and "La vie astrologique il y a cent ans," 1992.
