Biography
British mime comedienne with a flexible face; popular on TV and films for her monologues. In her spare time she was an accomplished musician.
Grenfell's one-woman show was acclaimed around the world and in mid-1994, Maureen Lipman reprised her persona in "Re-Joyce."
She died on 11/30/1979 of cancer in London at age 69.
