Astrologer and Wikipedia editor J. Ligteneigen discussed Cornelis Gorter's biography and horoscope: http://home.kpn.nl/ligteneigen3/auteurs/gorter/gorter1.html
He notes that according to the Municipal Archive (BS) Gorter was born: 16 August 1903 at Wageningen. Also the "Oorlogsgravenstichting" mentioned born 16 August 1903, died 19 November 1942 at Rangoon (Birma railway). But in "Astrologische Chronologie" Gorter describes extensively an horoscope that is likely his own (based on typical biographical facts) but that horoscope was rectified by him as being born 15 August 1903 Wageningen 23h25m58 (The time of given by Trees Reitsma).
Astrologe Ger Westenberg quotes in Sterrentijd (http://home.kpn.nl/aojo54tm/sterrentijd/s324.html) the Municipal Archive that stated that he was born 1 hour and thus a day later later at 0h30 AM on 16 August 1903 at Wageningen. Westenberg rectified it to 23h15 15 August 1913.
