Biography
American homicide victim, shot to death as he walked out of the library at Simon's Rock of Bard College in Great Barrington to investigate the sound of gunfire, 12/14/1992. The killer was Wayne Lo, a student who had left Taiwan six years prior, on a killing spree that left Gibson and a professor dead and four others wounded. Gibson was known as a brilliant student, a sophomore and rebellious free thinker involved in philosophy and physics.
