Biography
Italian philosopher, educator and fascist. He was the Minister of Education under Mussolini. An important philosopher, he wrote "The Theory of Mind as Pure Act" and was the chief editor of the Enciclopedia Italiana.
Gentile was assassinated by communists in Florence, 4/15/1944.
