Hans Taeger quotes G. Horn (8/97) who heard Genscher on a TV talk show where he stated that he had been born March 20, 1927, 23:50 MET and that his dad had put the wrong day on the birth registry. (Charles Harvey quotes Ebertin for March 21, 1927, "just after midnight, B.R." Taeger in Lexikon quotes Meridian for 12:30 PM "from B.R." )
