Biography

Dutch homicide: the killer of two young girls on 10/10/1991, Ingrid Van de Portaele and Muriel Sanchez.

Previously arrested in 1983 for indecent exposure and assault, he was sentenced on 7/23/1984 to four years (with two and a half years suspended). Geloven was again sentenced in 1990 to go through a psychiatric evaluation. According to the experts he was not considered dangerous. On 10/10/1991, he kidnapped, raped, tortured and murdered two young girls,

Geloven was sentenced on 3/25/1994 at 6:00 PM MET to 30 years in prison without parole in Perpignan .
