Biography
American philanthropist and donor activist for more than 25 years as of 2003. She established Community Consulting Services in 1978 to support and educate donors, family foundations, financial service organizations and nonprofits. In addition, she has also founded 17 nonprofits including: Resourceful Women; the Women’s Foundation of San Francisco; the International Donor Dialogue Network, The Women Donors Network, and Changemakers Fund for which she is currently raising $20 million to expand and strengthen community-based philanthropy. She lectures throughout the world on the stewardship of money.
