Biography

American actress, a famous villainess and popular soap star of the '60s. She starred in "As The World Turns" for 20 years from her sensational debut in 1960.

From there, she did a spin-off to another series and a starring role in "Our Private World" which aired briefly. After it was cancelled, she returned two years later to ATWT. She did a series of one-woman shows, as well as being a singer who worked in top night clubs from 1974.

She divorced her third husband three months after their marriage in 1989.
