Biography
American nuclear physicist and propulsion systems expert who worked on the Pioneer Spacecraft. Known as "Mr. Flying Saucer," he has made a study of saucers since 1959 and is convinced that 90% of all sightings are explainable and that at least 30,000 of them are valid phenomena.
A UFO advocate, he began lecturing to large audiences in the United States and Canada in 1968 and has given over 400 lectures.
