Biography
Irish-American Roman Catholic priest; came to the U.S. in 1904. He went to the university and became a priest in Nebraska. Concerned about the juveniles who were homeless, troubled or deprived, he founded Boy's Town in 1917.
Flanagan died 5/15/1948.
