Biography
American musician, singer, pianist, he is best known for his cabaret-style performances and interpretations of a collection of American jazz, swing, pop and romantic music in what he calls The Great American Songbook.
At age 20, after performing in piano bars, he moved to Los Angeles and became a cataloguer for Ira Gershwin. In 1986 he released his first record "Pure Gershwin." Since then he has recorded over 24 albums, toured endlessly and appeared as himself in documentaries. He owns a cabaret in New York.
