Biography
Egyptian-born movie producer and lover of Princess Diana of Wales, killed with her in an automobile crash in Paris on August 31, 1997. Dodi was the playboy son of multimillionnaire Mohamed al-Fayed, the owner of Harrods department stores. Fayed had produced such films as "The World According to Garp" and the Oscar-winning "Chariots of Fire."
Debbie Frank writes in the source article that at their lunch meeting on July 31, 1997, "Diana asked me to look at Dodi's chart. I gave my verdict on two dates she
had given me relating to his birthday - April 15 and 16. I saw he was to
make a huge decision that would alter his direction in life. Diana was thrilled and said: "I am so happy we are compatible." At this point - just two weeks before she died - she had decided to take all the opportunities that life was offering her. Diana may have come back down to earth on her return in early September, as she had so many times before. Yet she told me: 'It really is the real thing this time, Debbie. I have
never before felt truly happy for more than just one day.'"

Sy Scholfield cites "Diana: Her last summer of love; Precious memories of the Princess," by Debbie Frank, The Sun (London), 12 January 1998, p. 19. The article said , " She [Princess Diana] asked me for lunch on July 31 and at this point we only knew that Dodi was an Aries with Taurus rising, as he had told her, and his age." Sy reports that Debbie Frank "was Princess Diana's personal astrologer and friend for eight years. They spoke every ten days and met every three months." The time gives him a mid-Taurus Ascendant but, assuming the article is correct about his Taurus rising, the time could be between 5:53 AM and 7:30 AM..
