Source Notes

Given by him in Matrix magazine 7/l984. In August 2015, he wrote to Wayne Turner: My birth certificate states 3:14 am, but at that time hospitals didn't fellow everyone in using daylight time, so I spent a couple years thinking it was 3:14/2:14 until I found a copy of a telegram my father sent at the time that stated I was born at 4:14 am.
