American baseball player, a left-hitting/right-throwing left fielder who played for the Houston Astros, California Angels, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, and Philadelphia Phillies between 1973 and 1987. He also played in Japan for the Nippon Ham Fighters in 1988-1989.
