Biography
American homicide. On January 2, 2004, Durand was found stabbed to death in the bedroom of his mobile home in Marlborough. He had last been seen alive by his roommate the previous day at about 5 PM. Police noted that there was no sign of forced entry. His mother was Mary Hughes, a longtime member of the Boston Chapter of NCGR, who died in 2001.
