American child of noted family, she is the 19th baby born to Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar of the reality television show "18 and Counting." After only 25 weeks in utero, Josie was born by emergency C-section at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas and weighed on one pound and six ounces.
