French ecclesiastic, a Roman Catholic Bishop of Andong, South Korea.
He was ordained a priest on June 29, 1953 in the order of The Society of Foreign Missionaries. He was ordained as Bishop of Andong on July 25, 1969, and retired from that post on October 6, 1990.
