Biography
French police officer who had been working in Algeria since 4/23/1994; his wedding was scheduled in a few weeks. He was one of five French killed by the G.I.A. (an Islamic terrorist group) on 8/03/1994, 7:30 AM, Dely Ibrahim, Algeria. Prime Minister Balladur posthumously awarded him the Legion d'Honneur.
