Biography
American economist who worked for the U.S. State Department since 1988, stationed in Moscow, Russia. He died mysteriously 11/13/1993, Moscow, found face down in the bathtub. His computer, passport, TV, VCR, stereo and cash were missing. When his body was returned to the U.S., the heart had been removed and was missing.
