Biography
French author, lecturer and musician, noted family as the daughter of scientists Marie and Pierre Curie. She made her debut as a concert pianist in Paris in 1925 and later worked for the Free French in the U.S. and was a correspondent in WW II, covering the battlefields.
Died at her home in Sutton Place, Manhattan, NY on 22 October 2007, aged 102.
