Steven Stuckey spoke with San Antonio astrologer, Raul Davila on Dec 12, 2015, and states "Raul originally called me the day after the convention on Oct 20, 2013 to give me the data. I wrote him an email on Dec 12th (2015) to re-confirm the story before publishing" (on an astrological internet mailing group). Here is the published text from Steven Stuckey:-
"I spoke with San Antonio. Tx. astrologer Raul Davila today to get some more definitive details on the Ted Cruz time. Raul attended the Oct 19, 2013 Texas Federation of Republican Women's State Convention, with his wife, who was an invited guest. As this was a women's convention, there were only a handful of men in attendance, including Ted Cruz (who was the keynote speaker) and Cruz's father, Rafael. Raul was seated at the table with Rafael Cruz and asked him if he knew his son's time of birth. The father couldn't remember and suggested that Raul ask Ted for the time. Raul questioned Ted after the keynote speech, and the reply was that he believed he was born in the "early morning hours, sometime around 1:00 AM"."
