Biography
Scottish writer and Salvation Army General from November 1963. His publications include "Call to Holiness," 1957, "Jesus and Our Need," 1956 and "He Had No Revolver" in 1944.
Coutts was married with four kids.
He died on February 6, 1986, at age 86.
