Biography

French serial rapist of two women, three days apart, following the same brutal method.

Costa was the son of an alcoholic father. On two separate occasions, 8/30/1988 at 9:00 PM and on 9/02/1988 at 2:30 PM, he attacked a woman, robbed and raped her while threatening her with a butcher’s meat chopper. Arrested on 9/20/1988, he was convicted and sentenced on 1/05/1990, 8:10 PM to eight years in prison.
