Biography
Brazilian singer. The Tropicalist movement in Brazilian
music started around 1966 with Caetano Veloso and Gilberto Gil as main composers/"philosophers" and Gal Costa as their main interpreter; they praised acoustic guitars and Brazilian tropical values, similar as the Jamaican music concept.
