Biography
Italian ecclesiastic; ordained as a Roman Catholic priest 12/26/1899. He moved up the hierarchy of the church as a Consecrated Secular Bishop in 1921, Titular Archbishop 1922 and Delegate to China 1922. He was named a Cardinal in 1953 and Chancellor of the Church in 1954.
An art expert, Constantini was the author of several books including "Aspects of the Missionary Problem" and "Christian Art in the Missions."
He died in Rome 10/17/1958.
