Biography
American football player, a quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs who was originally signed by the Buffalo Bills on 7/10/1995. Collins served as a backup for the 1995 and 1996 seasons, but started for the Bills during the 1997 season, which proved disastrous. Highlights of the '97 season included ten fumbles for minus 30 yards and 13 intercepted passes. Collins less-than-desirable performance led the Bills to release him in 8/1998. He was soon after picked up by the Kansas City Chiefs as a backup quarterback.
