Biography
French royalty, the son of Charles V and Jeanne de Bourbon, called Charles, the Well Beloved. Fond of the rituals of chivalry, Charles took an active part in jousting. He was crowned on 11/04/1380, nearly age 12 and reigned for 42 years.
