Biography
Belgian royalty, the son of King Albert I and Queen Elisabeth. The Count of Flanders reigned as Prince Regent from 9/20/1944 to 7/21/1950 until his exiled brother returned to take the throne as Leopold III.
He died 6/01/1983, Ostende, Belgium.
