Biography
American state trooper who became a homicide victim. While he was making a registration check on a van, he saw two handguns and a ski cap, incriminating evidence. A gun battle ensued and the driver, David R. Clark, shot and killed Charbonnier on 9/02/1994, Kingston, MA., 3:15 AM. The officer fired two rounds and Clark was wounded; one of the bullets lodged in his head. Clark was indicted for murder.
