Biography
American homicide; stalked and killed Kristin Lardner, (born 7/28/1970, Washington, D.C.) who was the daughter of writer George Lardner. Cartier was raised as a ward of the state and had accumulated a rap sheet of varying felony convictions before his murder of Kristin on 5/30/1992. George Lardner wrote a book about his daughter and the murder.
