Biography
Scottish homicide perpetrator, he was charged with murder on August 13, 1934. He pleaded that alcohol abuse affected his sanity and was given a three year sentence. The neer-do-well was arrested in 1943, this time for assaulting and slashing a person with a razor. Two years later, November 23, 1945 he committed another murder. This time he was sentenced to death. He was hanged at Glasgow's Barlinnie Prison on April 4, 1946.
