Biography
Italian ecclesiastic elevated to Cardinal in the Roman Catholic hierarchy on June 29, 1979.
Cè was ordained a priest in Crema Italy on March 27, 1948. On April 22, 1970 he was ordained Bishop. He was elected Patriarch of Venice on December 7, 1978.
