Biography
American Federal Reserve Act, signed into law by President Wilson, bringing a major restructuring of the U.S. banking system. The country was divided into 12 districts, each having a Federal Reserve Bank, the roles of which were to control the flow of money and credit. The Act became effective on 11/16/1914.
