Biography
British homicide who had a background of behavioral problems before the time that an argument escalated between his parents and the neighbors about water rights. When he encountered the neighbors, Albert and Emma Watson, on 8/24/1906 by the pond, he shot them both dead.
Hanged on 12/04/1906.
