Biography
Canadian musician, a song-writer and lead singer of "Offenbach," a major Quebec rock group. They released an English-language LP "Never Too Tender." After the group broke up, Boulet had a solo career with a resurgence of interest in his work in the early '90s. He died on July 18,1990 in Montreal, Canada after a four-year battle with cancer.
