Biography
Canadian politician, leader of the Separatist Party that seeks independence of the Province of Quebec. As leader of the opposition in Ottawa, Bouchard must take into account the needs of the people from the other nine provinces, which tend to federalist views.
Bouchard had a bout with the strange "flesh-eating" disease, to which he lost a leg that required amputation.
