Biography

Dutch-American writer, the Editor-in-Chief of "Ladies Home Journal" from 1889-1919. His family moved to the US. when he was six. Bok took his first job at 10 and was an editor by 21. In 1921, he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for his autobiography, "The Americanization of Edward Bok."

Died on 1/09/1930, Lake Wales, FL.
