Sally Blane

Biography

American actress, the sister of Loretta Young and a leading lady herself from the late '20s to 1939. Her last role was in 1955 in "A Bullet for Joey." Her other films included "Charlie Chan at Treasure Island," 1939. She married theater director Norman Foster in 1934; they had two kids together.

She died 8/27/1997 in Palm Springs, CA, of cancer, age 87
