Biography
American comedian. Birbiglia got his start as a freshman at Georgetown University when he landed a chance to perform with the school’s improve troupe and won an award as funniest man on campus. His performance earned him a chance to work with the DC Improv, where he stayed for three years.
After graduation, he moved to New York and, with more exposure gained through club performances, Mike made several TV appearances, including the Late Show with David Letterman. Birbiglia has taped his own half-hour special for Comedy Central.
