Biography

Italian homicide, a serial killer who confessed to 17 murders. When he was apprehended in April 1998 for shooting two women on the train in Liguria, he was accused of being the mysterious Killer of the Trains. He would have shot himself but after the shoot-out, had no more bullets.

A gambler and thief by profession, he kidnapped women in 1981 and 1988; in 1990 he was arrested for aggressive battery toward a prostitute.
