Biography

Italian ballet dancer who made his debut in 1957, and then joined Bejart's Ballet. He was one of the leading soloists in Europe and the U.S. as a principal dancer, and created many roles in the '60s and '70s. With dancer-wife Jaleh Karendi, he opened a school in Turin in 1973.
