Biography
British homicide who was unhappily married at the age of 17. He met Miss Meadows on 7/01/1900 and told her he was single; they began an affair. He strangled his wife with shoelaces at Yarmouth Beach on 9/22/1900. Bennett's trial began on 2/25/1901 and he was convicted on 3/02/1901. He was given the death penalty and hanged.
