Biography
Israeli politician, the Prime Minister of Israel from 1977-1983. During his term of office, he reached a peace treaty with Anwar Sadat of Egypt on 9/17/1978 after 30 years of technical war. For the treaty, both men won the Nobel Peace Prize.
Begin died of a heart attack on 3/08/1992, 2:50 AM, Tel Aviv, Israel.

Don Borkowski in AA, 3/1978, gave 8/16/1913 as OS with 8/29 as NS. Gee wrote in Mercury Hour, 7/1980, "He insisted it was Friday night, which is the 15th, not the 16th. If you use the 28/29, that is Thurs-Fri, not Fri-Sat." Isaac Starkman of Tel-Aviv writes in Mercury Hour 10/1986, "August 15, 1913, according to a family member, Friday, late in the evening. I recitfy to 7:32 PM EET"
