Biography

French engineer and alchemist, a member of a noted French astrology family and professional astrologer who wrote under the pseudonym Rumélius. He is the older brother of Andre and the author of a masterful text course as well as "Gold of a Thousand Mornings." His first astrology articles were published in "Consolation" magazine, 1936.
