Biography
French actor on stage, film and television, he is also a playwright. He was married three times, once each to actresses Blanche Montel, Maria Montez and Marisa Pavan and he is the father of three children. His brother is director Francois Villiers.
Aumont died on January 30, 2001, just a few weeks after celebrating his 90th birthday.
