From the ISAR minutes: The birth time (when Ken instituted the actual filing) was 11:46 am EDT, though rectifiers might like to consider a time between that and around 2:00 PM when the registered agent told him they had passed the paperwork along. The time is definitely NOT the uniform time stamped on all certificates of incorporation processed through Harvard Business Services that day - 9:00 AM. Ken very carefully avoided the void of course moon that morning, and chose a time when the Moon in a new sign (Capricorn) was separating from a fractious-looking conjunction to Mars and applying to a trine to Jupiter. Ken thought that was a nice symbolic representation of the hopeful future with which we are trying to replace a somewhat surly past.
